Frequently Asked Questions


Your experience will vary based on the state you live in. Some states allow your doctor visit to occur by submitting answers to a list of questions. Your doctor will review them and get back to you within 24 hours.
 
Other states require you meet with your doctor via video chat in our secure online rooms created for doctor consultations. In both cases, your honest responses to the doctor’s questions will allow him or her to determine the best treatment. For all visits, you must be prepared to provide a recent blood pressure measurement.

For our doctor visits, you must provide a recent blood pressure measurement. Blood pressure is very important in determining if ED treatment with medication is safe for you. You can easily find a location in your area that provides free blood pressure readings.
 
Blood pressure machines are also found in pharmacies throughout your community. These are usually free and self-service. You may also use a blood pressure measurement provided at your most recent doctor visit as long as it has been within the last 6 months.

We offer a 1-month plan and a 3-month plan.  The choice is yours and is a matter of convenience and value.  A 3-month plan means less shipments or trips to the pharmacy.  A 3-month plan also provides a financial savings compared to the 1-month plan.

Our Mail Order pharmacy will deliver your medication to your address with little effort on your part. If you purchased the 1-month plan, the Mail Order pharmacy will automatically deliver your medication every month.For 3-month plans, orders will be automatically delivered every 3 months. We will alert you before each order is prepared and shipped.

 
Our Retail pharmacy option allows you to select a pharmacy in your community. You will have to ask that pharmacy to fill your medication when it is time to refill based on your plan. We will remind you when it is time to re-order, but you must initiate the process with your selected pharmacy.When using a Retail pharmacy you should always be prepared to show your VIGOR membership card which can be found in the Member Center.

Yes, you can change between a 1-month plan and 3-month plan.  Please email customercare@hisvigor.com to make the request and start the process.

You can stop your subscription at any time by logging into your account and sliding the toggle from active to inactive.  This stops all future charges and prescriptions.  If you would like to restart your subscription, simply slide the toggle from inactive to active.

For your doctor visit, you will need to answer all questions honestly so the doctor can determine the right treatment.  You will need to have a current blood pressure reading.  You will also need to upload a copy of your current driver’s license or state issued ID as well as current photo of yourself.

No, your subscription fee is charged to your credit card which covers your doctor visit and prescription medication ordered by the doctor to treat your ED.

Your doctor will issue a prescription with refills. When the refills run out, it is time to see the doctor again.  We will remind you when the time comes and you will be able to complete another doctor visit to determine if continued treatment is right for you.  If you and the doctor agree to continue treatment with medication a new prescription will be sent to the pharmacy for you.

To send a message to your physician after completing a visit on VIGOR, please log into your account and visit the Member Center. From here you will be able to send a message to your physician if you have previously completed a physician visit.

To ensure safety and to comply with applicable regulations our physicians must be able to verify the identity of the patients they are treating.

Prescriptions will continue to be honored until all refills, authorized by the physician, are exhausted or the prescription expires. Prescriptions expire 1 year from the date the prescription was issued by the physician. When your prescription is out of refills or has expired you will be offered the opportunity to see a physician again. The physician will re-evaluate you and, if appropriate, will issue a new prescription to continue your treatment.

VIGOR does not store any PCI (credit card information) or any survey/questionnaire information on its members.

Our 1-month plan includes 8 doses for $48 and our 3-month plan includes 24 doses for $120.

All of our medications are FDA approved for the treatment of ED. All of the doctors are U.S. based and properly licensed. Every pharmacy in our network is in the U.S. and properly licensed and credentialed.
